Refund policy
In store return policy:
We offer a full refund on items if returned in the conditions they were sold in within 14 days of purchase with the valid receipt.
Any items you wish to return must have all original tags still attached.
We are unable to accept a refund if the item has been worn or mistreated or with no valid receipt.
We are unable to refund earrings and homeware for hygiene reasons.
14 Day online return policy:
We offer a full refund on full price items, except earrings or homeware, if returned in the condition in which they were sold, within 14 days starting from date of purchase. If you decide to return the goods, they must be returned to us intact, undamaged and have all their original tags still attached. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure you handle the product with care. We will be unable to accept the return if the item has been mistreated or damaged. Shipping is non-refundable.
Online Return procedure:
To return items please simply note on the invoice provided and state whether you would like an exchange or refund and send to the address at the bottom of the delivery note. Any issues, please email or call the shop direct.
Please Note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We recommend that you use First Class or Special Delivery. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. All returns should go to the below address:
